Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji symbolically received assistance from PT. HM. Sampoerna in the form of 3.000 bottles of immune-boosting probiotic herbal supplements at Malang City Hall, Monday (26/7/2021). This assistance is intended for Malang City residents to increase their immunity so that they can avoid Covid-19.
Mayor Sutiaji expressed his gratitude to Sampoerna for again providing corporate social responsibility (CSR) assistance to help Malang City residents. Sutiaji hopes that the supplements can be given as soon as possible to people in need.
"This assistance means a lot to the community, on behalf of the Malang City Government, we express our deepest gratitude," explained Sutiaji.
Sutiaji said that assistance from various parties, including companies, is very important to end the Covid-19 pandemic in Malang City. This is a very good capital to provide assistance to the community who are currently struggling so that Covid-19 will soon pass.
Head of CSR Division of PT. HM. Sampoerna Kukuh Dwi Kristanto said that as a company that develops business in Malang, his party is very concerned about helping Malang City. "We hope that this assistance can help the people of Malang City who are struggling with Covid-19. Supplements that can support the body's immune system are very good to consume in the current conditions," said Kukuh.
Kukuh added from experience so far, the supplements they provide not only strengthen the immune system of healthy people who drink them. However, for Covid-19 sufferers it will also speed up healing.
Before providing this assistance, Kukuh said, his party had provided CSR for Malang City several times. Among them, providing PCR machines to speed up Covid-19 detection. (cah/ram)
