Malang (malangkota.go.id) – The implementation of the basic competency selection test (SKD) for prospective state civil servants (CASN) in Malang City was held starting Monday (2021/6/9) at the Islamic Center building, Kedungkandang, Malang. The SKD CASN 2021 Malang City test will last for five days, namely 2021-6 September 10.
Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji reviewed the location of the first day of the test to ensure that the implementation went smoothly. He said that the Malang City Government provided maximum service to facilitate the implementation of the SKD CASN test this year. In his review, Sutiaji also checked that every participant registration flow could run well and ensured that the internet network was secure.
"There are two sides, there (center) it could be or here. If here the network is strong, so we make sure the network here is no problem, meaning at the center level. But after that it's connected, there's no problem. I saw the timer earlier, per person it takes about one minute to access the pin. In one minute there are six people, if there are 350 it means it takes about one hour, meaning it's nutut," explained Sutiaji
He added that there were some obstacles during participant verification because the photos used during registration were edited or too small. So it was not captured by the monitor, but the obstacles could be overcome and the participants were verified and could enter.
"Participants who join come from all over Indonesia. For verification, it starts from the ID card, the participant card is scanned, the person is also seen. Earlier there was one blind participant, we immediately served him well. For people with disabilities, there are five formations that register seven. However, they still have to meet the requirements for the test, hopefully all of the seven can get through," he said.
Head of the Malang City Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM) Drs. Totok Kasianto said that participants taking the 2021 CASN SKD test are currently prospective civil servants outside of PPPK health workers and teachers, where three sessions will be held in one day, with 350 participants in one session.
"Meanwhile, for PPPK health workers and teachers, tomorrow we will hold a meeting with the East Java Provincial BKD for the implementation of the test. Those who took the test here were 4.249 people, for those who took part in districts/cities throughout Indonesia there were 31 districts/cities in the BKN regional office 2, namely 455. So the total who took part in the CPNS test was 4.704," he explained.
The first session, he continued, is scheduled to take place from 08.00 WIB to 09.40 WIB and will be followed by the next session. The selection test uses a computer assisted test (CAT) system and the selection process is carried out directly by BKN. After participants complete the exam, their scores will immediately appear whether they meet the passing grade or not.
"257 positions needed by the Malang City Government. Of the 5.366 applicants who passed the administrative selection and took the SKD test, 4.704 people passed, 662 people did not pass," he concluded.
By implementing strict health protocols, all committees provide maximum service to provide comfort for participants during the selection process. Including helping and optimally serving test participants who are pregnant, have just given birth, are sick, and have disabilities. (eka/ram)
