Malang (malangkota.go.id) – The achievement of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) of the Malang City Government (Pemkot) Malang in 2020 achieved an A predicate and received appreciation from the Ministry of Empowerment of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform (Kemenpan RB) of the Republic of Indonesia. This was conveyed by the Head of the Performance Planning and Budget Section of the Bureaucratic Reform, Apparatus Accountability and Supervision Sector of Kemenpan RB Agusdin Muttakin, Ak., MM, Tuesday (7/9/2021).

In the virtual evaluation of SAKIP and bureaucratic reform from the Ngalam Command Center (NCC) of Malang City Hall, Agusdin advised that various innovations in providing services to the community must continue to be improved. Moreover, currently information technology is developing rapidly, so there is no longer any reason not to provide optimal services to the community.
The appeal was agreed by the Mayor of Malang, Drs. H. Sutiaji, who also said that his party was not easily satisfied and various improvements would continue to be made. "In working and running the program, we do not need supermen but super teams. In its implementation, of course there are rewards and punishments, so that what is called justice is realized," he explained.
The bespectacled man further said that in order for a job to be done by those who are competent and achieve the results as expected, his party had recently conducted a performance auction and not a position auction. This method or breakthrough is claimed to be the first and only in Indonesia and can be a reference for other regions. "This is where ASN will work well and there is the application of rewards and punishments," he said.
From the evaluation results submitted by Kemenpan RB, explained Mayor Sutiaji, it will be material for improving performance in all lines. So that for the next SAKIP assessment or achievement, it will not only achieve point A, but can be AA or very good.
"We have tried our best to realize this. Not only innovation and improving the performance of ASN, but also how to ensure that these state apparatus do not commit criminal acts of corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN)," he said. (say/ram)
