Starfruit, (malangkota.go.id) – The presence of the first batch of 65 moving teachers in Malang City is a new hope for the Malang City Government to advance the world of education. This hope was conveyed directly by the Mayor of Malang Drs. H. Sutiaji in the moving teacher symposium at the Harris Hotel, Tuesday (21/9/2021).
Sutiaji said that the Malang City Government is very focused on advancing the world of education. Where one of the keys is the existence of teachers who have qualified knowledge to be able to maximize children's potential.
"All children have their own talents and potential to succeed according to their potential. The existence of teachers who are able to bring out the best abilities of children is very much needed," explained Sutiaji.
For that reason, Mayor Sutiaji hopes that the driving teachers in Malang City who have received special training and education for nine months can pass on their abilities to the generation of Malang City. "Through the Education and Culture Office, we will continue to monitor the development of 65 driving teachers in Malang City. Hopefully they can be better at guiding children, according to their potential," continued Sutiaji.
Sutiaji also hopes that the ability of the driving teacher is transmitted to the teachers, so that many innovations are born. The existence of the driving teacher will create maximum and effective learning.
"As many as 65 Malang City's driving teachers are currently pioneers. They must continue to move, they must not stop. What is obtained must continue to be replicated from 65 to 600 driving teachers," said Sutiaji.
Head of the Center for the Development and Empowerment of Educators and Education Personnel (P4TK) PKN and IPS, Ministry of Education and Culture Research and Technology, Subandi said, these driving teachers consist of PAUD, SD, SMP to SMA/SMK teachers throughout Malang City.
"This activity is an initial program after returning to school, they must disseminate and reflect to fellow teachers," said Subandi.
Participants must innovate where they have been trained for nine months. The driving teacher is expected to be an inspiration to advance the world of education so that it can keep up with the times. (cah/ram)
