Secretary of Kebaya Muslimah, Utik Mardiati said the launch of this market is a real form of Kebaya Muslimah's efforts during the pandemic. This group opens a new market to market various craft products and processed products made by members to the wider community.

"There are many products from Kebaya Muslimah, ranging from batik crafts, processed agricultural products, herbal medicines, and also potted fruit plants," explained Utik.

To overcome the current situation which is still in the pandemic period, Kebaya Muslimah is now utilizing the online market to market its products. In this way, it is hoped that various products from participants can be marketed well to the public. "By building an online market, we want to be able to make the products we have sell well," said Utik.

Muslim Kebaya activist, Mursih Sugeng said that there are many activities carried out by the group she is involved in. Among them are the development of urban farming by utilizing limited land. "We are currently also developing rice in pots, making tempeh from gude and koro Pedang raw materials. We are currently continuing to develop the procurement of raw materials," said Sugeng.

Because it is currently difficult to find large land in urban areas, he said, for the development of raw materials for gude and swordtail, land will be sought outside the city. If gude and swordtail continue to be planted, then it will only be for display. Meanwhile, mass cultivation is carried out in Malang Regency.

"Seeing that the available land cannot plant much, for the development of tempe gude and koro Pedang we will make more processed products," said Sugeng. (cah/ram)
