Malang, MC – The Malang City Government (Pemkot) through the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) again held a Minor Criminal Trial (Tipiring) in the context of enforcing regional regulations (perda) in the Malang City area. A total of 33 violations whose files had been completed were processed in the trial held at the Mini Block Office, Malang City Hall, Wednesday (27/10/2021).

Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji emphasized that along with the socialization and education process, the law enforcement process will also be carried out in a measured manner. "Of course this is part of an effort to improve citizen discipline and provide comfort for the community," said Mayor Sutiaji.
Meanwhile, Acting Head of Satpol PP of Malang City Dr. Handi Priyanto, AP, M.Si added that the Tipiring action process was in accordance with the procedure. "The control according to the direction of the Mayor of Malang, will continue to be carried out by Satpol PP within the scope of our role as enforcers of regional regulations," he explained.
In detail, the 33 violations processed in this trial include 14 advertising violations, one violation of the company's business registration certificate (TDUP), two violations of alcoholic beverages (minol), 10 violations of street vendors (PKL), three violations of health protocols, and three parking violations.
"Including several trials of health protocol violations at business premises 'V', 'CTN', 'CP'. The total fine imposed reached Rp28.500.000,00 with details of Rp8.500.000,00 going into the state treasury and Rp20.000.000,00 going into the regional treasury," concluded Handi Priyanto. (ndu/ram)
