Banyuwangi, MC – The Malang City Government (Pemkot) received an Unqualified Opinion (WTP) for the Performance Audit Report on the 2020 Regional Government Financial Report from the Indonesian Audit Board (BPK). For Malang City's achievement in receiving WTP 10 times in a row, Malang City received assistance of IDR 10 billion from the Governor of East Java, Khofifah Indar Parawansa in Banyuwangi, Friday (29/10/2021).

Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji said that the WTP opinion was successfully maintained 10 times by the Malang City Government. This achievement is a manifestation of hard work and good coordination from regional apparatuses, as well as all elements of society that have been in pentahelix cooperation. "For me, this achievement is not easy to achieve, there are many indicators that must be met to maintain this predicate," explained Mayor Sutiaji.
The award, according to him, is one proof that the Malang City Government is committed to improving the regional financial system in a transparent and accountable manner. Meanwhile, the financial assistance will be provided for the upcoming 2022 budget year.
Meanwhile, East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa said that this achievement is a form of hard work and hard work of the regents and mayors that must be appreciated together.
"Especially for the City of Blitar and the City of Malang who have successfully maintained the WTP opinion predicate.
