Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – In order to improve the professionalism of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Malang City Government (Pemkot) in managing regional assets, the Malang City Regional Finance and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) held 'Guidance on Management of Regional Assets (BMD)' at the Mahameru Ballroom, Hotel Aria Gajayana, Tuesday (9/11/2021).
Head of BPKAD Malang City Drs. Subkhan revealed, in the management of regional assets there are several things that must be considered, including planning, regional asset needs plans, administration, management, accounting, security, utilization to disposal.
"So there are some things that must be implemented and socialized. Therefore, BPKAD held this activity as education," explained Subkhan.
The highest authority holder of regional property is the regional head, regional secretary, and assisted by the head of BPKAD. The position of the regional apparatus is as a user of regional property and services. In the user itself there is a regional property administration official, in this case the secretary in each agency. There is a general sub-section head as an assistant to the administration official. Then assisted by the goods manager.
"The key is in the management of goods. Therefore, in the management of regional property with the development of increasingly massive regulations today. Both on the side of regional financial management and management of regional property, both must be in sync," said Subkhan
At this event, Malang City Government received 34 land rights certificates from the Malang City National Land Office. (cah/ram)
