Starfruit, (malangkota.go.id) – To keep Blimbing District conducive, various steps continue to be taken by the ranks of the Malang City Government (Pemkot). This time, a coordination meeting was held on Efforts to Organize Public Order and Security for Satlinmas Members throughout the Blimbing District Area, Thursday (18/11/2021).
Blimbing Sub-district Head Ariyadi Wardoyo, S.STP., M.Si revealed that over the past two years, the focus has been more on handling Covid 19. For that reason, it is an extraordinary opportunity to meet with Linmas throughout Blimbing Sub-district and have a dialogue.
"The role of Linmas in helping to create a conducive atmosphere in Blimbing District has been extraordinary. We hope to improve the function of Linmas," explained Ariyadi.
Ariyadi added that the materials from the Malang City Government, Blimbing Police Chief, and Blimbing Military District Commander are provisions for Linmas when on duty. Because with the current extraordinary development of society, it is clear that good handling is needed in every situation that develops in society.
In carrying out their duties, Linmas must continue to carry out their duties in accordance with applicable regulations, and must not take the law into their own hands which can have fatal consequences. The existence of Linmas must be able to help create a conducive situation in the community.
Experience in dealing with various situations in Blimbing District, including during the pandemic. It is now approaching 2022, where the implementation of regional head elections and also the presidential election in 2024 is getting closer. (cah/ram)
