Kedungkandang, (malangkota.go.id) – Agus Basuki, a resident of Citra Pesona Buring Raya Block C6 Number 30, Wonokoyo Village, Malang City, created an innovation of compost plus beta fertilizer that is in demand by farmers. This fertilizer made by the people of Malang is not only selling well in Indonesia, but also in Malaysia and the Philippines, Monday (22/11/2021).
Agus said that various organic products made today have grown rapidly, including organic fertilizer maker compost plus beta. Not only from Indonesia, demand is currently also coming from abroad.
"The various organic products that we have made since 2003 are a solution to help farmers overcome various problems they face," explained Agus.
Agus said that rice fields that are routinely given compost plus beta fertilizer will make their soil fertile with animals that support the ecosystem in it. Be it silk worms, water fleas, eels, fish, frogs, spiders and others will be indicators of environmental health.
"The concept of compost plus beta fertilizer has been applied by many farmers in Indonesia and in several places in the Philippines and Malaysia. All reported good results," said Agus.
This fertilizer, said Agus, will increase productivity because of its good quality and the cost of using fertilizer becomes cheap and very environmentally friendly. The beginning of the manufacture of compost plus beta fertilizer comes from POC Beta, a biological agent of beta granule fertilizer.
In addition to compost plus beta fertilizer, Agus also made various other innovations, such as multifunctional capsules, natural pesticides, livestock hormones (AGP), generative hormones (nano micro), multifunctional probiotic starters, antiviral antivir capsules that have been proven to be able to overcome various diseases.
"Antivir capsules have proven to be good at treating various diseases, both for humans, livestock, fish and also viruses in plants," Agus concluded. (cah/ram)
