Lowokwaru, (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Government (Pemkot) through the Lowokwaru District conducted a Socialization of Data on Development Facilities and Infrastructure for Sub-districts throughout the Lowokwaru District in 2021, Monday (22/11/2021).
Malang Mayor Sutiaji greatly appreciates the community leaders, Community Work Program (Pokmas), and Village Community Empowerment Institution (LPMK). "This activity is part of a real step to align the parameters of the government and community views in carrying out development," explained Mayor Sutiaji.
Through this common perception, he said, it is hoped that development in Malang City can run well, sustainably, and bring more benefits. This is where the important role of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and the community is to build and advance Malang City.
"From the similarity of the parameters, later we can both know what the purpose of building facilities and infrastructure is. How development should not deviate, this requires a clear paradigm," he continued.
Meanwhile, Lowokwaru Sub-district Head Joao Maria Gomes De Carvalho said that this activity was carried out so that the construction of public facilities and infrastructure in all sub-districts would run well. Everything must be administered so that there are no problems in the future.
"If everything is well administered, in the future it can become a benchmark for the development of Malang City," explained Joao.
After building, he said, it is no less important to do maintenance. So that what has been built can be more durable. For that, various strategic steps must continue to be taken by utilizing technological developments.
"We are also preparing an application in the form of a database for Lowokwaru District. So that everything can be better and more transparent. In 2021, there are 174 development points throughout Lowokwaru District," he concluded. (cah/ram)
