Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – A blood donation event was held at Malang City Hall, Tuesday (30/11/2021). This blood donation was held to welcome the 22nd Anniversary of the Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) of Malang City. This is a form of concern and sharing with others in the fields of health and humanity by the Dharma Wanita Persatuan.
Head of DWP Malang City Yuni Erik said, through this activity DWP wants to share with others. In addition to blood donation, on its 22nd anniversary DWP will provide assistance to orphans, widows of State Civil Apparatus (ASN), and teachers of Dharma Wanita Kindergarten.
"I appreciate all donors who voluntarily donate their blood to those in need. Hopefully, through blood donation and activities that are often carried out such as social services, as well as the development of creativity from members and others will continue to be sustainable. So that Dharma Wanita's role provides benefits to the community," said Yuni Erik.
Dharma Wanita, he said, its role provides many benefits to others. Not only for ASN wives, but also beneficial to society and can foster creativity from mothers to grow the family economy.
"The Dharma Wanita Persatuan Anniversary will be held on December 6 at the Islamic Center. Through this event, it is hoped that the blood stock at the PMI Malang City will increase. So that our brothers and sisters in need can take advantage of it," he continued.
This blood donation activity was attended by various elements, starting from ASN and non ASN in the Malang City Government environment and the general public. (eka/ram)
