Klojen, (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Government (Pemkot) through the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) held Technical Guidance for the 2021 Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbang) Assistance Staff at the Mini Block Office, Malang City Hall, Tuesday (30/11/2021).
This technical guidance refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 86 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Planning, Controlling and Evaluation of Regional Development, Procedures for Evaluation of Draft Regional Regulations concerning Regional Long-Term Development Plans and Regional Medium-Term Development Plans, as well as Procedures for Amendments to Development Plans.
Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji said that the provision of assistance to the 2021 Musrenbang assistants was to facilitate the Musrenbang process later. Because the existing human resources have been trained and can immediately work well and correctly.
"Let's work together to realize a better, more advanced, more empowered, and of course more prosperous Malang City. For that, various preparations and planning must be carried out properly including providing supplies to the field assistants," said Mayor Sutiaji.
Through this musrenbang, Sutiaji hopes not only to solve today's problems. But also to be able to solve problems in the future. For that, high sensitivity to development problems is needed. High commitment to solving these development problems must be in line with comprehensive, innovative, and sustainable handling, as well as integrated and non-partial handling.
"It is very important to have synergy between all parties, including the government, private sector, community, and all stakeholders," said Sutiaji.
The proposals submitted must be in line with the direction of Malang City's policy in 2023. Starting from handling the Covid-19 pandemic, increasing access and quality of education, health and other basic services. Maintaining the stability of purchasing power and social protection, increasing economic infrastructure and improving social facilities and infrastructure.
Meanwhile, Bappeda Malang City Dwi Rahayu, SH., M.Hum said that his party will coordinate and assist the village and sub-district apparatus, as well as other parties related to the implementation of RW discussions. Musrenbang forums in the village and RKPD musrenbang at the sub-district level.
"We prepare materials as discussion materials, mentoring and facilitation in discussions, optimizing community participation. Identifying and inventorying problems and strategic issues that develop in discussions.
