Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) conducted a trial installation of an application-based regional tax monitoring system or e-tax, Tuesday (28/12/2021). The newly completed system created by the Malang City Bapenda is called PERSADA, where this online application will also be intended for restaurants and other regional tax subjects.
This was conveyed by the Head of Bapenda Malang City Dr. Handi Priyanto, AP., M.Si on the sidelines of the trial installation of the installation at his office in the Malang City Integrated Office. The advantages of this application compared to the one already installed by Subaga & Cartenz on the MoU of Bank Jatim, include providing a Point of Sales (POS) system for website and Android-based sales transactions for taxpayers, as well as a menu for recording stock of goods to sales reports.
"The application will be launched by the Mayor of Malang, Drs. H. Sutiaji in early 2022. It will then be installed in all hotel, restaurant, parking, and entertainment taxpayers outside the 500 MoU units with Bank Jatim," added Handi.
He added, this will be the first in Indonesia, that all taxpayers in Malang City will be installed with e-tax. "We believe that the installation of this system or application will be welcomed by taxpayers. Because previously we have conducted socialization," continued Handi.
According to Mayor Sutiaji's expectations, Handi said, there will be no more potential for tax leakage. After all e-tax is installed and it is possible that in 2023 the regional tax target can reach IDR 1 trillion.
