Klojen, (malangkota.go.id) – Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji provided direction and briefing to participants and the committee for the rotation-mutation of the Malang City Pratama High Leadership Position (JPT) in the Malang City Hall Meeting Room, Wednesday (29/12/2021). The aim is to improve public services by preparing quality human resources.
Mayor Sutiaji said, in accordance with the public's demands for the government are increasing day by day. That means that the state civil apparatus (ASN) in the Malang City Government (Pemkot) must be more professional in working.
"To be able to work professionally, ASN must continue to improve literacy and implementation in working in the field," explained Sutiaji, at an event held by the Malang City Human Resources and Personnel Agency.
Since 2018, Malang City has conducted a performance auction as a reference to achieve the expected target. Be it the target achieved in one year, two years, three years, four years, and five years. Everything has been made and planned in the regional medium-term development plan (RPJMD) document. Furthermore, he said, the target has been carried out by each regional apparatus.
"None of us know how long our life will last. Therefore, no matter how short the time is, we must make good use of it. So that our commitment can provide the best service to the community," he concluded in front of all 17 echelon II officials. (cah/ram)
