The Pak Tukang platform also has a positive impact on construction workers who are looking for work with the community who need carpentry workers to carry out construction.
In general, Pak Tukang is a platform that helps bring together project owners with craftsmen according to their expertise and specialization. Pak Tukang makes it easy for its users to build, manage, supervise, and secure all kinds of project needs with a digital platform and assistance from a competent team.
"Pak Tukang is a one-stop platform for on-demand handyman services that helps users/consumers find professional handyman services more easily, as well as help with budgeting. So that the budget for home repairs or renovations is more measurable," said Rozaqul Anam as CEO of Pak Tukang, Friday (28/1/2022).
Pak Tukang started running since 2020 with a prototype website or landing page handled by customer service. Anam added that it is currently developing a web application which is planned to be launched between February and March 2022.
"Mr. Tukang has served 372 orders, opened up jobs for 45 registered handyman partners, and 17 building store partners. Compared to other applications, Mr. Tukang provides a more transparent service so that consumers no longer worry about being overcharged or going over budget," added Anam.
Currently, Pak Tukang has reached the Malang Raya area. Several of the craftsmen who have joined have also spread to seven other cities outside Malang, including having handled Mojokerto and Pasuruan. So he and his team plan to expand the reach of Pak Tukang's platform even further outside Malang. His team itself consists of three people, namely Anam, Andre, and Wildan, who each play a role in marketing & services, operations, and IT development.

Various features that can be utilized by consumers, including the RAB (budgeting) feature, finding a craftsman according to needs such as a craftsman for home renovation, house construction or other buildings, a craftsman for roof and ceiling repairs, a welder for making or repairing canopies and fences, a craftsman for painting houses, a craftsman for making and repairing plumbing, wells, septic tanks, a carpenter for making and repairing furniture, a gardener for making or repairing landscapes, vertical gardens, an electrician for electrical repairs, consultations, and reports.
