Klojen, (malangkota.go.id) – At the moment of handing over BPJS Employment membership cards for hufaz at the Pelangi Hotel, Malang City, Wednesday (2/2/2022), an 11-year-old child had become a hafiz.
He is Imam Nafi Al Madany from the Aik Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School, Puncak Buring Indah. Imam was guided directly by his parents to learn to memorize the Quran since he was five years old at the Islamic boarding school.
"Alhamdulillah, by diligently studying every day after the morning prayer, I was finally able to memorize the 30 chapters of the Quran," explained Imam Nafi Al Madany.
Imam Nafi Al Madany's parent, Damanhuri, said that the Aik Darul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School has been established since 2017. Currently, there are 30 students from various age groups studying there.
"To guide the students, there are seven ustaz there. Alhamdulillah, now the Islamic boarding school continues to grow," said Damanhuri.
Damanhuri said that the award from the government in the form of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan was very helpful. He hopes that through BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, his son and his students can be more enthusiastic in gaining knowledge.
"This program is very good for hufaz, if at some point in the future during their journey someone gets sick or suffers a disaster, their burden can be lightened," explained Damanhuri.
The same thing was also conveyed by Ustaz Fathurrahman from Arjosari. He expressed his gratitude to the Malang City Government (Pemkot) for providing assistance for hufaz in Malang City. This is a real manifestation of the government providing attention in the form of welfare to its citizens.
"Assistance to hufaz in the form of BPJS Employment is very important. Hopefully more hufaz in Malang City will receive awards like this," explained Fathurahman.
Ustazah Rustianah from Arjosari also welcomed this government program. According to her, a program like this will make students and educators more enthusiastic in learning and educating.
"This award will certainly make us even more enthusiastic to continue learning, sharing, preaching, and seeking knowledge," he concluded. (cah/ram)
