Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji hopes that the parties involved in inheritance management can be more aligned in their administrative management. This is very important so that all parties involved in inheritance can provide better services to the community.
The statement was conveyed by Mayor Sutiaji at the Socialization of the Position of Sub-district Heads and Village Heads in Making Heirs' Certificates at Malang City Hall, Monday (7/2/2022). "The hope is that public services related to inheritance can be faster, orderly and legally safe," explained Sutiaji.
The number one person in the Malang City Government emphasized that from the side of the apparatus at the sub-district and village levels, it is necessary to really pay attention to this inheritance in accordance with the duties and functions mandated by the Malang Mayor Regulation Number 81 of 2019 concerning the Position, Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions and Work Procedures of the Sub-district and the Malang Mayor Regulation Number 110 of 2019 concerning the Delegation of Part of the Mayor's Authority to Sub-district Heads and Village Heads.
Sutiaji requested that after this socialization there be a follow-up in the form of an understanding, at least starting from the similarity of the letter form used by the Malang City Government, banking and financial services. This is important to eliminate the public perception that the village head and sub-district head complicate the process, when in many cases the ranks only take precautionary steps to learn from the legal cases that occur.
"We ask for a standard form, there is a common perception, because sometimes in one agency they make their own format. While in other places it is different, so the community and the sub-district also have difficulty adjusting," explained Sutiaji.
Also present at this event were the Head of OJK Malang Sugiarto Kasmuri, representatives of banking and financial services industry in Malang City, sub-district heads throughout Malang City, representatives of village heads and related regional apparatuses. (ndu/ram)
