Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – The Manpower, Investment, Integrated One-Stop Service Office (Disnaker PMPTSP) was present in Blimbing District, Monday (21/3/2022). Disnaker PMPTSP provides Risk-Based Online Single Submission (OSS) registration services for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
Acting Head of the Malang City PMPTSP Manpower Office Siti Mahmudah, SE., MM when met on the sidelines of the activity revealed that this activity is one of the efforts to raise public awareness to take care of business permits.
"Our presence here brings licensing services closer to the community. Because maybe many people have limited time so they don't have time to take care of permits at the Public Service Mall (MPP). So we approach the community so that the community is aware of business permits, then we come to the sub-district. What is served here is permits through OSS. So it's like people taking care of stall permits or food business permits, and others," said Mahmudah.
Field activities carried out by the PMPTSP Manpower Office have been carried out for several years. However, due to the pandemic situation, this activity has stopped. Now, in the midst of the new normal conditions, the PMPTSP Manpower Office is present again in the community, namely in Blimbing District.
Furthermore, Mahmudah said that with the existence of a business permit, the community will have legal power. "If there are legal problems later, the community has a grip. This already has a permit, an identity. Of course it will benefit the community.
Through OSS, licensing will be made easier. However, the obstacle is that there may be those who are less tech-savvy. Well, we are here to help," he said.
Mahmudah stated that the public's enthusiasm for the presence of this mobile licensing service is quite high. "We took the initiative, it turned out that the public was enthusiastic. So far, they have not had a permit, with us coming closer until now (today in Blimbing District) there are already 15-20 people who have taken care of permits through OSS. We work together with the sub-district and forward it to its residents. Later we will evaluate, if it is effective in the future, licensing services will be scheduled in other sub-districts," he concluded.
For information, business licensing applications through OSS have been held since 2018. OSS integrates all business licensing services in order to create standardization of licensing bureaucracy at the central and regional levels, thus creating easy, fast and integrated business licensing services.
