Her humble and dignified figure implies the nature of Kartini today. According to Dwi Rahayu, Indonesian women should emulate Kartini's spirit. Kartini Day, which is commemorated every April 21, is a moment of reminder that women should have high spirits like Kartini.
"Those who are full of enthusiasm and courage to achieve their dreams, make Indonesian women educated and independent," said this lover of steamed cassava and fried tempeh.
During 26 years of being a civil servant and more than a decade as a leader in several work units, it has been proven that women are also capable of running a ship as its captain.

"One of the memorable experiences in a leadership career was when I first became a leader and had to communicate a lot with men who we know rely more on their minds than their feelings," he said.
In the midst of her efforts to adapt to the new work environment, Dwi faced the reality that she suddenly had to play a dual role in her small family. She had to be both a mother and a father to her child. Her beloved husband who had accompanied and supported her had to face the Creator. A condition that was so draining of energy, thoughts, and feelings of course. At this point, her resilience as a woman was tested.
Of course it is not easy to play a dual role, as a working woman and a parent. In order to balance family life and work, she tries to leave her job when she is at home, so she can play the role of a mother.
Now this red lover is the leader of an agency with more than 60 people with various characters. He is driven to be fast and precise in completing work. This egg tofu fan also tries to balance feelings and logic.
