Klojen, (malangkota.go.id) – The cast of the film Darah Biru Arema held the Malang Fashion Week exhibition at the Malang City DPRD building, Friday (22/4/2022). This event was initiated by Amin Sumantri.
Amin Sumantri said that Malang Fashion Week was held to celebrate the 108th Anniversary of Malang City. This event is also to showcase the extraordinary local fashion brands from Malang.
"We will hold Malang Fashion Week at the Malang City DPRD building for two days, April 23-24, 2022," explained Amin, who is also the Chairperson of the Malang Fashion Week Executive Committee.
Malang Fashion Week is also a marker of local fashion brands from Malang which are held offline. Because during the Covid-19 pandemic, it is practically impossible to hold offline exhibitions. "We hope that with Malang Fashion Week, we can revive the pulse of the people's economy through the supporter t-shirt exhibition," said Amin.
Amin added that in the exhibition at the Malang City DPRD building later there will be 20 T-shirt brands in Malang City participating in the exhibition. Among them are Ultras Malang, Contraflow Indonesia, City Firm, Vamos, Samellot, Mallory, East Casual, FaiRplay, Under Current, Liam, Contra Vlow, Lion Terror, Spectator.
In this exhibition, Amin said the exhibition was attended by many brands supporting the pride of the Malang youth team. Because the initiators of Malang Fashion Week started from football supporters. In the future, it is hoped that this exhibition can be held again, of course with a wider brand reach. (cah/ram)
