Starfruit, (malangkota.go.id) – The morning assembly of state civil servants (ASN) in Blimbing District, Malang City was led by the Head of the Malang City Human Resources and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM), Drs. Totok Kasianto, Tuesday (7/6/2022).
Totok Kasianto gave many messages so that ASN Malang City can continue to improve their performance and provide the best service to the community. According to him, along with the development of the current era, the community's expectations of ASN are getting higher. For that, ASN in Malang City must continue to improve their performance and provide the best service.
"We expect ASN to continue to provide the best service to the community. Behave well and serve professionally," explained Totok.
Totok added, as ASN must always be able to provide the best service to the community and provide an example. So that what the community wants can be fulfilled well, including discipline in utilizing the available time and carrying out the tasks assigned.
Totok also explained about the ratification of Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning Civil Servant (PNS) Discipline. Where with the PP, it automatically revises the previous regulation, namely PP Number 53 of 2010 concerning PNS Discipline.
This latest regulation, among others, regulates the punishment for civil servants who are known to be absent from work or absent for several days. Whether it is calculated consecutively or cumulatively. In the regulation, civil servants who are found to be absent for 10 days continuously or in a row will be given the sanction of being dishonorably discharged. The sanction also applies to civil servants who are absent from work or absent from work or absent from work without a clear reason for 28 working days or more during a year.
Blimbing Sub-district Head Nina Sudiarty said the morning assembly in Blimbing Sub-district which was supposed to be attended by the Mayor of Malang was finally represented by the head of BPKSDM. The assembly activity was attended by all staff and village heads throughout Blimbing Sub-district.
