Breadfruit (malangkota.go.id) – The success of tilapia cultivation in Bakalankrajan Village has increasingly inspired its residents to start businesses. Including now, Rayadi, a resident of RT 4 RW 6, Jalan Bakauheni, Urung-Urung Hamlet, has established the Belong cafe with a special menu relying on tilapia, Wednesday (8/6/2022).

Rayadi said that before opening the Belong cafe business, he had opened a coffee shop first. It turned out that in Bakalankrajan Village there was an activity to foster tilapia cultivation with a biofloc system.
"I also learned about tilapia cultivation with the biofloc system. Finally, our stall also provides processed tilapia-based dishes," Rayadi explained.
From the beginning it was called a coffee shop, because of the many demands from customers to make this shop better known. Finally this shop was named Kafe Belong. It turned out that the response was welcomed by the BakalanKrajan Village who wanted to help develop the business in this place. So that the existence of the cafe became even more prominent.
"Now we can serve buffet orders, catering orders. Alhamdulillah, thanks to the support of the village head, our business can grow," said Rayadi.
Belong Cafe opens at 10.00:24 WIB and closes early in the morning. "Many people have been hanging out here. They are happy and want to linger. That's why our Belong Cafe is open almost XNUMX hours every day," said Rayadi.
At Belong cafe, people are sure to enjoy a different atmosphere in the city area. The path to the cafe located in the valley equipped with a footpath makes the cafe even more attractive. Currently, cafe activities are also added with discussion activities, fish farming, and others.
"We are also preparing for the future that this place can be a place for fish education. So that it fits with the Bakalankrajan area as a center for biofloc tilapia cultivation," said Rayadi. (cah/ram)
