Malang (malangkota.go.id) – Until now, the implementation of the 2022 New Student Admissions (PPDB) registration for elementary and junior high school levels in Malang City has been running relatively smoothly and there have been no significant problems. This is because the Malang City Education and Culture Office (Disdikbud) has made various anticipations since long ago.
The statement was conveyed by the Head of the Malang City Education and Culture Office, Suwarjana, SE., MM on Thursday (16/6/2022). One of them is by establishing a complaint post in each elementary and junior high school so that any problems can be resolved quickly. "If it has not been resolved at the school level, it can be resolved at the complaint post at the Education and Culture Office," said Suwarjana.
For parents who want to ask or clarify to the post at the Education and Culture Office, he said, they can do so via WhatsApp number 081358961581 at 08.00-16.00 WIB. Suwarjana added, so far every day no more than 20 complaints have been received and all can be resolved properly.
He further advised, for registration of mutation or transfer path, parents should not register in one school, at least in two schools. While for achievement path, there are already directions or instructions from Disdikbud and the school of origin. "We hope that parents or students can pay attention to such things," continued Suwarjana.
Meanwhile, for the zoning path, according to him, it has been anticipated as early as possible. When students are in grade VI of elementary school, the school has asked for home address data from the guardians. So that when choosing or entering their children into the intended junior high school, there is no longer a problem regarding distance or zoning.
"In essence, the implementation of PPDB this year went quite smoothly. Likewise, regarding the servers in schools and the Education and Culture Office, we tried our best so that nothing would be disrupted. In general, if there is a problem, let's solve it well," concluded Suwarjana. (say/ram)
