Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – In order to realize Child-Friendly Villages 2022, Kotalama Village, Malang City held a socialization of Child Protection and Exploitation Prevention Efforts in the Kotalama Village hall, Jl. Kebalen Wetan Number 5 Malang, Sunday (28/8/2022).
In his speech, Kotalama Village Head Bambang Haryanto, S.Sos., M,Si expressed his appreciation for holding this event. He is also committed to realizing Kotalama Village as a Child-Friendly Village in 2022.
"Thank you to all parties who helped organize this event. I also invite everyone to commit to realizing Kotalama Village as a Child-Friendly Village," he said.
Meanwhile, observer of children and women of Malang City, Dra. Winartiningsih, MM also delivered material on this occasion with the motto "Indonesia is not composed of map boundaries, but the movement and big role of the Kotalama Village Children's Forum as an agent of change in the Anti-Child Exploitation Movement," he said.
In her material, Winartiningsih also explained about the ongoing violence and exploitation of children and how to prevent it. This socialization is important, because preventing and handling child exploitation is the obligation of all parties and is not limited to the Children's Forum alone.
Next, the event was filled with the signing process of the Joint Commitment of the Anti-Child Exploitation Movement in Kotalama Village and continued with the symbolic handover of bags to child participants.
Also present at the event were Secretary of the Kotalama Village Head, Sumartoyo, SE, Bhabinkamtibmas Kotalama, Babinsa Kotalama along with 65 other participants. (ayu/ram)
