Until finally in 1925 he settled in Pasar Besar until now, even when several renovations were carried out in Pasar Besar.
In the past, this stall only provided a few menus to be sold to customers, including its komoh satay. Although now the menu is varied, the charm of the komoh satay in this stall is still unmatched. Komoh satay itself is a satay made from beef coated with spices such as sweet and savory Balinese spices. What makes H. Ridwan's komoh satay famous is its very tender beef, where when we eat it, it doesn't take much effort to enjoy the meat. The delicious and just right komoh satay seasoning is not too spicy and not too sweet, making this komoh satay a food that can be enjoyed by anyone.
In addition to sate komoh, another favorite in this stall is the mixed rice menu. A portion of mixed rice contains warm white rice, with additional balado potatoes and liver, carrots and cucumber vegetables, serundeng, and the champion is the beef krengsengan. Tender, fibrous beef with savory and spicy seasonings makes this dish taste special.
