Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Government (Pemkot Malang) handed over bonuses to athletes who won medals, coaches and sports branches with the most wins at the 2022th East Java Provincial Sports Week (Porprov) 26. The appreciation was symbolically handed over by the Mayor of Malang, Drs. H. Sutiaji to representatives of athletes and coaches during the morning assembly in the yard of Malang City Hall, Monday (9/2022/XNUMX).
Mayor Sutiaji admitted that he was proud of the medals won by Malang City athletes. He expressed his gratitude to KONI, coaches, sports branches and athletes who have brought the good name of Malang City.
"I give my appreciation to the ASN and KONI. The ASN who have received promotions and KONI who have made achievements. Currently, Alhamdulillah, we are in the runner-up position in the 2022th East Java Porprov XNUMX, especially to all the athletes," he said.
In the 2022 East Java VII Porprov event, Malang City managed to rank 2nd or runner up in East Java. The medals won were 70 gold, 67 silver, and 72 bronze. With a total of 486 points.
He further said, the bonus is just a matter of course but the achievement is not just today. Because the achievements listed are achievements in the future that are engraved and remembered forever. He hopes that the achievements will become ink and golden notes that are engraved. So he invited all those present to strengthen the appearance of achievements.
"I would like to thank KONI for guiding the athletes who have ideals, hopes and ways so that those hopes can be implemented well. We continue to take inventory of problems, see the achievements on the right and left. That is by design and planner, so we express our gratitude," he added.
Sutiaji is optimistic that if KONI plans better in the future, he is sure that it is possible to maintain and increase the gold medals in the next event. On that occasion, the ASN promotion was also symbolically handed over to 309 Civil Servants in the Malang City Government.
The bonus and symbolic appreciation were given by Sutiaji accompanied by the Regional Secretary of Malang City, Erik Setyo Santoso, ST., MT, and the Acting Head of Diporapar Malang City, Dr. Ida Ayu Made Wahyuni, SH., M.Si to representatives of athletes, coaches and sports branches.
Those who won the gold medal representing the athlete from the IODI branch of sport in the name of Evelyn Alexia received a bonus of Rp31.500.000,00, the silver medal representing the athlete from the PRSI branch of sport in the name of Makayla Najwa Maulidiva received a bonus of Rp15.000.000,00, the bronze medal representing the athlete from the PORSEROSI branch of sport in the name of Rafli Bagus Setiawan received a bonus of Rp10.000.000,00.
Meanwhile, the coach of the sport with the most points from the IODI sport, Andhang Sayidhimas, received a bonus of Rp195.000.000,00, the coach of the sport with the second most points from the PRSI sport, Dwi Ariestyawati, received a bonus of Rp145.000.000,00, and the coach of the sport with the third most points from the PORSEROSI sport, Yossy Aditya Nugraha, received a bonus of Rp80.000.000,00.
The sport with the most points, namely IODI/dancesport with 78 points, received a bonus of Rp39.000.000,00, the sport with the second most points, namely PRSI/swimming with 58 points, received a bonus of Rp29.000.000,00, the sport with the third most points, namely PORSEROSI/roller skating with 32 points, received a bonus of Rp16.000.000,00.
