Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – The human resource management train within the Malang City Government is moving again along with the swearing-in of the Pratama High-Level Officials, Administrators, and Supervisors in the City Hall Meeting Room, Wednesday (28/9/2022).
Malang Mayor, Drs. H Sutiaji emphasized that the inauguration had followed procedures that prioritized a merit system based on performance and competence.
"Alhamdulillah, tomorrow, on the 6th, Malang City will receive an award for filling positions in the good category. Only 6 regions in East Java were able to reach this level. Of course, work and performance are the basis of the merit system that we continue to strengthen," said Sutiaji.
He then asked all newly appointed officials to pay attention to basic matters.
"Immediately study the signed performance auction. There is no reason for it to be an old regional apparatus. It is currently institutional. Open up, what are the current achievements. If it is still low, pursue it, if it is already high, complete it," said the bespectacled man.
This inauguration was attended by 82 officials. A number of critical positions that were previously empty have now been filled by figures from open selection some time ago. Among them are the Head of the PUPRPKP Service held by Drs. R. Dandung Djulharjanto, MT and the Head of the Transportation Service held by Drs. R. Widjaja Saleh Putra.
Meanwhile, the Head of Disnaker PMPTSP is held by Arif Tri Sastyawan S, STP, M.Si and the Head of BPBD is entrusted to Drs. Prayitno, M.Si. (ndu/ram)
