Therefore, the special committee of the Malang City DPRD emphasizes to the Malang City Government that the electronic-based government system (SPBE) continues to improve fully and integrated as a development priority in Malang City. So that simultaneous and complete data unity is achieved.

By establishing this draft regional regulation as a regional regulation, it becomes the right momentum as a basis for discussion and also as a legal basis for regional regulations regarding the 2023 regional revenue and expenditure budget between the Malang City regional government budget team and the Malang City DPRD.

That following the enactment of the Malang City Draft Regional Regulation on Regional Finance, the Malang City Government was asked to immediately issue a Malang Mayor Regulation as the technical regulation for its implementation.

Malang Mayor, Drs. H. Sutiaji revealed, Malang City Government continues to make various efforts to provide the best service for the community. Including among others by providing one-stop service and encouraging the use of information technology.

"In addition to the one-stop service that we are strengthening, the service is already IT-based. Why do we use IT, because later there will be transparency value, there will be efficiency, and everyone can see," said Sutiaji.

Why can it be transparent, because the SOP is clear that if you take care of A for so many minutes, then the letter will run. This is already here for so many minutes, another few minutes will be here so that when the public takes care of it, everything will be monitored.

"Everything is already directly in PTSP, later there will be an application to take care of anything, one of which is online permits," said Sutiaji. (cah/ram)
