Tunjungsekar Village Head, Subhan Efendi, ST., M.AP said that UMKM will play an important role in improving the regional economy in the future. Therefore, the government needs to play an active role in facilitating UMKM so that they can develop.
"Through the relevant regional apparatus, the government always holds training programs, socialization, and technical guidance (bimtek) and the like, with the hope that in the future MSME actors will continue to increase which will lead to product quality and business legality," he said.
Subhan also reminded UMKM actors in his area that business competition in the future will be increasingly tight. So that UMKM actors are required to have comprehensive knowledge.
He also mentioned that provision through training programs, socialization and technical guidance will continue to be carried out continuously, in order to improve the capabilities of MSME actors, especially in the Tunjungsekar area.
"Therefore, I hope that this activity can be followed as well as possible, in order to increase knowledge, insight and improve skills, as well as contribute to the implementation of programs and work activities in our region," he added.
In this activity, gender mainstreaming (PUG) training was also carried out with the theme of strengthening MSMEs through coaching MSME actors, as well as increasing understanding related to the Business Identification Number (NIB). (ayu/ram)
