Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – The presence of the Public Service Mall (MPP) on Jalan Merdeka Timur, Malang City for some time now has made it easier for the public to process business permits, pay taxes, PDAM bills, etc. However, along with the enactment of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, there are several regulations that must be changed, accumulated and perfected, so that a legal umbrella in the form of regional regulations (perda) is needed.
Since there has been no regional regulation after the law, the government's assessment of services at the MPP has become A- (minus) so that the regional regulation on integrated one-stop services is a necessity. This regulation is to fulfill and is a mandate from Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation which must be realized immediately.
These were some of the things conveyed by the Mayor of Malang, Drs. H. Sutiaji after the plenary meeting to convey the general views of the factions on the Malang City Draft Regional Regulation on the Implementation of One-Stop Integrated Services at the Malang City DPRD building, Monday (7/11/2022).
Meanwhile, regarding the suggestions and proposals from the DPRD ranks, that integrated one-stop services such as in MPP must be able to help or provide convenience for MSME actors, Mayor Sutiaji said that this was certain. "Since the beginning, we have been committed to helping and trying to boost the economy of these MSME actors," he said.
Likewise, efforts to bring more investors to Malang City, said the number one person in Malang City Government, that this is also one of the focuses of his work program. "If public services run well, such as fast and not complicated, then automatically many investors will come," he explained.
A similar statement was delivered by Deputy Chairman of the DPRD, Asmualik who today led the plenary meeting. According to him, with this regulation, it will provide the best service to the community. Meanwhile, regarding this draft regulation, his party is targeting that it can become a regulation by the end of this year. (say/ram)
