Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – The National Unity and Politics Agency (Bakesbangpol) of Malang City held a Socialization on Preventing the Dangers of Radicalism as a National Alertness Step for the People of Malang City at the Trio Indah Hotel, Monday (14/11/2022).
Head of Bakesbangpol Malang City, Rinawati revealed that this socialization activity aims to encourage the community to actively participate in early warning activities. Prevent unwanted things from happening, see the potential for conflict including radicalism.
"The purpose of this activity is also to provide education related to radicalism so that all parties can be more aware of its existence," explained Rinawati.
This activity is also a learning for the younger generation related to environmental concerns, including radicalism. From this activity, it can be a means of friendship with all community leaders in the Kedungkandang District environment.
The presence of speakers from the Malang City DPRD, Commander of the O833 Malang City Kodim, Malang City Police, and the Panca Mandala Network will further enrich the knowledge. It is hoped that this activity can further enhance the spirit of early warning in Malang City.
"To prevent the dangers of radicalism, the government cannot do it alone, everything must be done together," explained Rinawati.
The chairman of the Malang City DPRD, I Made Riandiana Kartika, admitted that he was pleased with what Bakesbangpol Malang City did. This activity is very good to invite the community to always carry out early warning and prevent radicalism.
