Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – In order to improve the skills of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and strengthen the implementation of gender mainstreaming (PUG), Tunjungsekar Village, Malang City provided product photography training at the Tunjungsekar Village Multipurpose Building, Monday (14/11/2022).

Head of Tunjungsekar Village, Subhan Effendi, ST., M.AP said that the training with the theme 'Simple Product Photography Tricks' aims to enable MSMEs to learn tips for taking attractive photos so that they can increase sales.
"It is hoped that by providing this training, residents of Tunjungsekar Village, especially UMKM actors, can learn tips and tricks for product photography. So that they can increase their sales. In this training, participants are taught how to photograph products using only a cellphone," explained Subhan.
Furthermore, Subhan revealed that previously, Tunjungsekar Village had also conducted training related to digital marketing. Through this product photography technique training, it is hoped that there will be more MSMEs, especially in the Tunjungsekar Village area, whose sales turnover will increase.
"Through a good product photo display can attract consumers, so that the sales turnover is expected to increase. In addition to how to take attractive product photos, today the speaker will also teach how to increase sales turnover," he continued.
In line with the direction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, improving the skills of MSME actors is also one of the steps and efforts to prepare themselves in facing the threat of a global economic recession in 2023. Because it is undeniable that the positive movement of MSMEs can help turn the wheels of the economy in Indonesia, including the city of Malang.
"Therefore, the government always holds training programs, socialization and technical guidance and the like. This time, with approximately 30 participants, we, Tunjungsekar Village, invite experts in the field of digital marketing who of course have high flying hours to be able to provide their knowledge to MSMEs in this area," added Subhan.
In order for this training activity to continue, Subhan said that communication and guidance as well as consultation media will continue to be carried out and strengthened. So that UMKM actors can continue to communicate and ask questions both with the sub-district and related experts so that their businesses can continue to grow. (eka/ram)
