Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – The Manpower, Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Agency (Disnaker PMPTSP) of Malang City has held skin beauty training from 14-19 November 2022 at the Maxone Hotel, Malang City.
Head of Manpower Division of the Malang City PMPTSP Manpower Office, Ir. Titis Andayani, ST., MT presented certificates after the closing of the training, Saturday (19/11/2022).
This training was attended by 36 participants from cigarette factory workers, cigarette factory workers affected by Termination of Employment (PHK) and job seekers. From a series of training, including on the last day on Saturday (19/11/2022) all participants took a competency test which would later receive a certificate from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) through the Professional Certification Institute (LSP) Paras from Surabaya.
Head of the Manpower Division of the Malang City PMPTSP Manpower Office, Ir. Titis Andayani, ST., MM after the closing of the training on Saturday (19/11/2022) said that all participants were declared to have passed and received certificates from the Malang TIA Course and Training Institute (LKP) and BNSP if they later passed the competency test.
"However, the Malang City PMPTSP Manpower Office will still provide assistance. So that they can become new competent and competitive business actors. For those who want to apply for a job, the same goes. All participants have been declared skilled in skin care," added the woman in the hijab.
The great benefits of this training were felt by the participants. As stated by Titik Wahyuni, a worker affected by the Termination of Employment (PHK) from a cigarette factory in Malang City. She admitted to gaining new knowledge and skills from this training. "After this training, I plan to open a business in the field of skin care," she said.
A similar statement was made by Luh Kiki Kertayasa. Because she is currently unemployed, she feels more confident in applying for a job. "I have received many things from this training. With the skills and certificates I have received, I am optimistic that I will be accepted to work in a reputable place," she said. (say/ram)
