Malang, (malangkota.go.id) – In 2023, the Malang City legislature and executive plan to complete 39 draft regional regulations to be ratified into regional regulations. Of that number, some are already underway and even completed this year. So that it will reduce the burden of performance in 2023. Such as the draft regional regulation on Library Management, the draft regional regulation on One-Stop Integrated Service Management and the draft regional regulation on Green Open Space.
This was conveyed by the Deputy Mayor of Malang, Ir. H. Sofyan Edi Jarwoko after the plenary meeting of the Regional Regulation Formation Program (Propemperda) at the Malang City DPRD building on Wednesday (21/12/2022). According to him, in this case, the executive and legislative branches will try their best and work hard to complete it optimally.
However, the bespectacled man said, the completion of this draft regulation still uses a priority scale and adjusts to the needs of the community and the central government. "If 39 draft regulations can be completed, then we are very grateful. But if not, it still refers to the priority scale," he explained.
Of the 39 draft regional regulations, said the man who is often called Bung Edi, it is a proposal from the legislative and executive. "In addition to referring to the rules above, when finalizing a draft regional regulation, we also adjust it to the needs of development and or the people of Malang City," he explained.
The 39 regional regulations referred to are, Library Organization, One-Stop Integrated Service Organization, Public Order and Environmental Organization, Green Open Space, Malang City Industrial Development Master Plan, Traffic and Road Transportation Organization, Employment Organization, Investment Organization, Child-Friendly City, Gender Mainstreaming, Regional Capital Participation to the Tugu Tirta Regional Drinking Water Company, Regional Taxes and Regional Levies, Handling of Street Children, Vagrants and Beggars, Facilitation of Prevention, Eradication of Drug Abuse and Handling, Tourism Organization, Parking Organization and Management, Second Amendment to Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2016 concerning the Formation and Composition of Regional Apparatus, Building Construction.
Handover of Housing and Settlement Infrastructure, Facilities and Utilities, Construction Services, Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management, Amendments to Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2019 concerning the Regional Company of the Tugu Artha Sejahtera Rural Credit Bank of Malang City, Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget for the 2024 Fiscal Year.
Changes to the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget for the 2023 Fiscal Year, Accountability for the Implementation of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget for the 2023 Fiscal Year, Establishment of Reserve Funds for Land Acquisition for Cemeteries, Regional Capital Participation to the Regional Company Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Tugu Artha Sejahtera of Malang City, Regional Capital Participation to the Regional Public Company Aneka Usaha of Malang City.
Provision of Investment Incentives and Facilities, Malang City Tourism Development Master Plan, Sustainable Food Agricultural Land, Development and Management of Trade Facilities, Protection and Fulfillment of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Facilitation of Islamic Boarding School Development, Advancement of Regional Culture, Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility, Implementation of Tolerance in Community Life, Control of Infectious Diseases, and Development of the Creative Economy.
A similar statement was conveyed by the Chairman of the Malang City DPRD, I Made Riandiana Kartika. According to him, although the possibility of completing the 39 regional regulations is small, his party will try their best. (say/ram)
