Lowokwaru (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Government (Pemkot) presents various public services that are directly in touch with the community in the Community Meeting activity at the Dinoyo Village Office, Lowokwaru District, Malang City, Friday (13/1/2022). The outreach public services presented range from health services, licensing, civil registration, taxes and other public services.
Local residents said they felt helped by this mobile service because it provided convenience for residents.
As expressed by one of the residents, Herlin, who took advantage of this service. She admitted that she was very helped because she no longer had to queue for hours. In addition, according to her, this mobile service makes it easier for the community because in one location there are various services that can be utilized.
"Earlier, I paid PBB, took care of my child's KIA and paid motorcycle tax. Earlier, after being checked by an officer, it turned out that there was a 2013 tax that had not been paid. So when I was given the information, I paid off the previous ones at the same time so that there would be no more fines," said Herlin.
Similarly, one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) named Eka Nurin said that he was very happy with the outreach activities organized by the Malang City Government. Eka, who has a dry cake and wet cake business, took advantage of the service to take care of the Business Identification Number (NIB).
"Alhamdulillah, it went smoothly and easily, it didn't take long to get the NIB. This service is very helpful in my opinion. Why? I'm not tech-savvy. Earlier, I came here to take care of the NIB and was helped by showing my ID card, asked for my email, and several other requirements," explained Eka while showing the NIB that had been issued.
Furthermore, Eka revealed that by having a NIB, many benefits will be felt in the future. Especially to develop his business, such as he can take part in training and so on. Eka hopes that the mobile service can be done more often.
Previously, the Malang City Government had also held an activity that presented the excitement of this service in the Kedungkandang District area on Friday (6/1/2023). In line with the direction of the Mayor of Malang Drs. H. Sutiaji, regional apparatuses within the Malang City Government continue to strengthen and innovate to bring services closer to the entire Bumi Arema community.
The Mayor of Malang at the Residents' Meeting held at the final point, namely at the Dinoyo Village Office, said that there were three points targeted in the Village Sambag activity this time, namely in Dinoyo Village, Merjosari Village, Tlogomas Village.
"There will be follow-up for tomorrow's problem. So that the community feels that the state is present. We have to go down to the ground, what is needed by the community. So take the initiative," said Sutiaji to all heads of regional apparatus, sub-district heads and village heads who attended the Community Meeting activity. (yul/yon)
