The glow of happiness radiated from the faces of the bride and groom who attended the mass wedding, Saturday (14/1/2023). The Malang City Tour (Macito) bus that departed from Malang City Hall took the bride and groom for a while around Malang City to the Grand Mercure Malang Mirama Hotel to undergo the wedding procession.
The 19 couples who performed the marriage confirmation at the mass wedding event initiated by the Malang Tahes Club (MTC) were of varying ages, ranging from 22 years old to those over half a century old. The emotional atmosphere mixed with laughter was captured during the ijab Kabul process led by the viral cleric from Malang City, Ustaz Anas Fauzi.
The mass wedding was also attended by the Mayor of Malang, Drs. H. Sutiaji, Chairperson of the Malang City PKK TP, Widayati Sutiaji, Commander of Division 2/Kostrad Major General TNI Syafrial, PSC, M.Tr. (Han), Commander of Malang Naval Base, Navy Colonel (KH/W) Dewi Lestari, and also several other VIP guests.
