Determine 2024 Development Priorities, Sukun District Holds Musrenbang

Breadfruit (malangkota.go.id) – To ensure better development and bring benefits in the future, Sukun District held a Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbang) in the context of preparing the 2024 Malang City Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) in the hall of the Sukun District Office, Malang City, Tuesday (31/1/2023).

Present in person at the Musrenbang which was opened online by the Mayor of Malang, Drs. H. Sutiaji, were members of the Malang City DPRD for the Sukun electoral district, Forkopimcam, Head of the Malang City Bappeda, community leaders and also residents of Sukun.

The Mayor of Malang said that this activity was a musrenbang activity that had gone through various stages, starting from the RT-RW level to the sub-district level and had documented the proposals.

"We hope that the Musrenbang in Sukun District can further narrow down the Malang City Regional Development Work Plan in 2024, what will be done and built," said Sutiaji.

The various proposals received were then refined so that in 2024 what was planned and realized could run well.

"Through well-planned activities, it is hoped that development in Malang City will not be piecemeal, but sustainable," hoped the bespectacled man.

Meanwhile, Sukun Sub-district Head IK Widi E. Wirawan, S.Sos, MM said that the musrenbang is a joint effort to determine the priority scale of development in the Sukun Sub-district in the future.

He said that before the Musrenbang was held at the Sukun District office, it had gone through a long process of deliberation starting from the RT-RW and sub-district levels.

"The musrenbang participants are approximately 133 people, Mr./Mrs. DPRD members of Sukun Electoral District, all related regional apparatus, Sukun Forkopimcam, Lurah, village delegations, academics, Sukun District Planning Troops and all members of the delegation from the community," explained Widi.
