Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – In order to realize integrated digital services, the Malang City Government (Pemkot) through the Communication and Information Service (Diskominfo) will prepare the architecture and planning map for the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE).

As part of the architectural and roadmap preparation stage of the SPBE, Diskominfo held the first Focus Group Discussion (FGD) at the Savana Hotel, Tuesday (14/2/2023). The Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Malang City, Erik Setyo Santoso, ST, MT who was present to open the activity said that digital-based services are a must in supporting effective reform.
"We will compile the architecture and plan map of SPBE. This means that in building eGovernment In the future, the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) requires a common understanding and road map or roadmap. Where after being prepared in a mature and quality manner, it is followed consistently by all regional apparatuses according to their respective duties. So that later this SPBE can be realized in the fastest time possible," explained Erik.
Erik further said that SPBE is a government organization that utilizes information and communication technology (ICT) to provide services to SPBE users in the local government environment. Where the regulation is stated in Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 95 of 2018 concerning the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE).
"SPBE is intended to realize clean, effective, transparent, and accountable governance. As well as public services that have quality standards and are reliable. In line with the vision and mission of Malang City to ensure public satisfaction with government services that are orderly, professional and accountable, the SPBE index is one of the Main Performance Indicators (IKU) in the Malang City Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD)," he explained.
He also invited all regional apparatus within the Malang City Government to strengthen and make joint efforts towards finish So that it can achieve better results in the SPBE evaluation as targeted. Regional Secretary Erik is optimistic that this can be achieved by making adjustments to changes and adding assessment indicators stipulated in PermenPAN-RB Number 59 of 2020 concerning SPBE Monitoring and Evaluation.
"Along with the dynamics of laws and regulations that have been issued, Presidential Regulation Number 132 of 2022 concerning the Architecture of the National Electronic-Based Government System, which will later become our reference in compiling the SPBE architecture in Malang City. Where in the SPBE architecture domain includes six domains, including regional government probis, data and information, applications, SPBE services, SPBE security infrastructure," Erik explained again.
Meanwhile, for the preparation of the SPBE plan map, Erik said that input data is needed from regional devices related to the six domains of architecture and ICT audits. So according to him, the implementation Focus Group Discussions (FGD) is a medium for consultation and coordination to obtain input data for the preparation of SPBE architecture and planning maps.
"In today's activity, it is hoped that we can all contribute ideas to jointly prepare the foundation for SPBE development in the city we love together, in order to realize the integration of effective and good quality public and government services.
