Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Asset certification is still one of the homework of the Malang City Government that must be completed immediately. Given that there are still quite a lot of assets that do not have legality. At the East Java Province level, Malang City is ranked second with the number of uncertified assets of around 6.000 out of a total of 9.000 assets owned.

This was conveyed by the Mayor of Malang, Drs. H. Sutiaji after the morning assembly and handover of operational official vehicles to the Head of the National Land Agency (BPN) of Malang City in the yard of Malang City Hall, Monday (20/2/2023).
Of that amount, the bespectacled man is optimistic that he can complete the certification of the assets in 2023. "We are indeed a bit slow, and so far the average problem is in the cost of Land and Building Acquisition Fee (BPHTB) which will be accelerated," he added.
Mayor Sutiaji gave examples such as exemption of BPHTB fees for underprivileged residents. In addition, the completion of land certification using a single map with BPN. This program is predicted to require funds of Rp5 billion to Rp6 billion. "This will later use grant funds to BPN. We ask BPN to immediately make a proposal and it will be budgeted next year," he explained again.
This was confirmed by the Head of the Malang City BPN, Muhammad Rizal, S.SiT.,MH. He said that the 2023 Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program is in the Sukun District area. The public is also encouraged to take advantage of this PTSL program.
From this program, Rizal said that his party could complete 1.200 hectares of land, certificates for 6.000 lands and 184 assets belonging to the Malang City Government. "We also have digital services, so residents do not need to come to the BPN office when they want to take care of certificates and scan land books," he explained. (say/yon)
