Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Building superior cooperatives in Malang City, the Malang City Cooperatives, Industry and Trade Service (Diskopindag) has again taken a step forward. This time by holding an Increase in Cooperative Understanding and Knowledge as well as the Capacity and Competence of Cooperative Human Resources through the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) at the Montana Hotel, Malang City, Thursday (2/3/2023).

Director of the Financial Services Cooperative Professional Certification Institute (LSP-KJK) Drs. Setyo Heriyanto, MM revealed that currently his party continues to encourage cooperatives in Indonesia to be healthier.
"Of the 362 cooperatives active in Malang City, there are currently 40 cooperative administrators participating in the activity. We hope that everything will be successful," said Setyo, Thursday (2/3/2023).
Setyo emphasized that only superior (credible), healthy and professional cooperatives will survive in the increasingly competitive financial services business competition in the digital era like today.
For that reason, the existence of superior human resources (HR) in cooperative management is very much needed. "In order for the existence of cooperatives to continue to exist, innovations are needed that can answer the progress of the times," he said.
Meanwhile, Secretary of the Malang City Trade and Industry Office, Soni Bachtiar, said that the Malang City Government is very serious about helping cooperatives in Malang City to become more advanced, healthy and developed.
"This activity will be held for four days. Starting from February 28, 2023 until ending on March 3, 2023," explained Soni.
Through this activity, it is expected to improve the human resources owned by cooperatives as capital to build and develop advanced and healthy cooperatives. (cah/yon)
