Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji continues to invite State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the Malang City Government (Pemkot) to improve their work ethic so that services to the community are even better. For the umpteenth time, the bespectacled man reminded that ASN are servants of the community so they should always give their best.
This was emphasized by the number one person in the Malang City Government when leading the morning assembly and the symbolic handover of the Decree (SK) for promotion to ASN Malang City Government in the yard of Malang City Hall, Monday (6/3/2023).
At this moment, there were 53 ASN who received a promotion to class IV, 429 people to class III, 247 people to class II and three people to class I. Mayor Sutiaji also presented a trophy to the Head of the Malang City Fire Department (Damkar) for his achievement in winning third place in the Fire Department Competition for the House Laying category or extinguishing and rescuing victims.
The trophy was previously presented by the Minister of Home Affairs (Mendagri) at the 104th Anniversary of Damkar some time ago in Jakarta. According to Mayor Sutiaji, this achievement is something to be proud of. "In the future, continue to improve performance and achievements. With optimism and strong efforts, it will definitely be better," he said confidently.
Meanwhile, for ASN who received a promotion, Sutiaji advised that it was a mandate and must be guarded well. "Be grateful for what we get from God Almighty, because from that gratitude will increase work motivation. Don't be easily satisfied with what we achieve and never feel the greatest," he advised.
"No less important, invite people around us to move forward together and introspect each other. Don't like to correct others, because it can trigger conflict. Be a good example for others and be a leader who can truly lead," concluded Sutiaji. (say/yon)
