Starfruit (malangkota.go.id) – Nine participants underwent the final stage of competency assessment in the Open Selection for Filling of High-Ranking Pratama Positions to fill the position of Head of the Social Service, Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (Dinsos P3AP2KB) of Malang City at the Savana Hotel, Monday (13/3/2023).
Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji said that as a leader, one must have complete abilities. Not only managerially, but also technical competence, socio-cultural competence and also mastery of the field.
"Moreover, to lead Dinsos P3AP2KB, one must have a strong leadership spirit so that one can carry out the tasks and mandates entrusted to him well," said Sutiaji.
He added, leading Dinsos-P3AP2KB must have a complete database of the problems that will be faced, and at the same time be ready with the solution to the problem. "Must be able to work fast, work smart, and be able to work precisely by mastering the database," he added again.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Open Selection Committee for Filling the Position of Pratama High Leadership, Erik Setyo Santoso, ST, MT, said that before the final stage of assessment, the selection participants had undergone various stages.
Of the ten participants who underwent the selection, currently nine participants remain after one person did not pass the administrative selection.
"Before the current process, the selection committee has conducted administrative selection and track record tracing, so we are optimistic that the current participants are the best cadres who will be able to lead Dinsos P3AP2KB well," explained Erik.
Erik further explained that the selection participants already had a lot of experience and had often carried out various tasks.
"Hopefully whoever is chosen is the best and can carry out the task of leading the Dinsos P3AP2KB Malang City," he hoped. (cah/yon)
