Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Malang City Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM) received a field study visit from the 2023 LAN Samarinda Supervisory Leadership Training (PKA) Batch I at the Mini Block Office Hall, 4th Floor, Malang City Hall, Thursday (16/3/2023).
Dr. Rahmat as the leader of the group of 20 people said that his party wanted to learn a lot from a number of successes or achievements achieved by Malang City so far. Such as in boosting the economy, especially through Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
In addition, how Malang City can have the Malang Creative Center (MCC) building which has enormous benefits. Rahmat gave an example such as accommodating creative youth and bringing together UMKM actors with potential consumers.
No less important is also related to the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) so that the development process and program run well. "We want to adopt, adapt and modify various innovations that have been carried out by Malang City. Furthermore, we will apply all of that in our respective regions. Thus in the future we can be more advanced and developed," explained Rahmat.
Related to this, the Head of BKPSDM Malang City, Totok Kasiyanto said that field study programs or comparative studies like this are often carried out by the Malang City Government. In the sense of receiving work visits from other cities/regencies.
"This is certainly a source of pride for us. And we can also find out the characteristics of other areas that Malang City may not have. From here, there is a mutual symbiosis between the two parties," he said. (say/yon)
