Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Providing a sense of security and comfort during the night of takbir and Eid al-Fitr 1444 Hijri, 768 personnel were on standby and attended the Security Readiness Roll Call for the Night of Takbir and Eid al-Fitr 1444 H/2023 in the Malang City area which was held in the front yard of Malang City Hall, Friday morning (21/4/2023). On Friday night, these personnel went around to a number of monitoring locations.
Malang Mayor Drs. H. Sutiaji after the assembly said that security like this is indeed very necessary to anticipate various possibilities. Such as traffic jams, crime, and excessive euphoria by the public.
"For two years of Lebaran, our society is still bound by activity restrictions, so it is possible that there will be excessive euphoria at this time. Before that happens, we anticipate and prevent it so that the implementation of worship also runs safely," added the number one person in the Malang City Government.
During the Eid al-Fitr holiday, Sutiaji said that security will be implemented up to the village or community settlement level. This will be a concern to prevent various things. "We have instructed all regional devices to patrol and guard their environment," he said.
"For those who want to go home, be alert, lock your house safely, and if you want to leave your vehicle, you can leave it at the Polsek-Polsek. Babinsa, Babinkamtibmas, we activate the Linmas regional apparatus. Let's maintain security and order," concluded Sutiaji. (say/yon)
