Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Innovation and creativity are always being improved by the Malang City Police. This can be seen from the 2023 Ketupat Semeru Operation Service Post located in front of Malang Kota Baru Station.

This service post or Posyan, which is shaped like a miniature of the Merdeka Palace, has succeeded in stealing the attention of thousands of pairs of eyes from the people of Malang City, especially for those going home for Eid using train transportation services.
Malang City Police Chief Senior Commissioner Pol. Budi Hermanto said that the concept of creating a health post like the Merdeka Palace was created with the aim of making the public more interested in utilizing the facilities available at this health post.
"With the presence of a service post in front of Kota Baru Station in the form of a miniature Merdeka Palace, we hope that the public will be more interested in utilizing all the available facilities. We have provided various facilities such as limited health facilities, children's playrooms, SPKT services, SKCK, and Covid-19 vaccinations," he explained, Friday (21/4/2023).
In addition to attracting public attention to utilize the facilities at the health post, the basis for the creation of this miniature Merdeka Palace is also a reminder that we are currently entering a political year and even the officers at this health post are also a combination of elements from the TNI Polri and other related agencies.
"I always remind all joint personnel of Operation Ketupat Semeru 2023 to provide the best possible service to the community, in accordance with the instructions given by the Chief of Police, General Pol. Listyo Sigit Prabowo," added the Malang City Police Chief.
The efforts made by the Malang City Police were not in vain, because quite a few pairs of eyes were interested in stopping by or even just taking selfies in front of the miniature Merdeka Palace post.
As conveyed by a resident of Sawojajar sub-district, Ovan. When passing in front of Kota Baru Station and seeing a building like the State Palace, he expressed his interest in seeing it directly. "I decided to just stop by and it turned out that it had very complete facilities and could be used by the community, especially for travelers," he explained. (say/yon)
