Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – The Plenary Meeting to Deliver the General Views of the Factions on the Draft Regional Regulation (Ranperda) on the Implementation of Traffic and Road Transportation was held in the Plenary Meeting Room of the Malang City DPRD, Friday (12/5/2023).
Deputy Mayor of Malang Ir. H. Sofyan Edi Jarwoko after attending the plenary meeting revealed that in this plenary meeting, six factions of the Malang City DPRD as a whole delivered 69 general views. Some were corrective such as typos and punctuation. Some were suggestions, input or opinions for the improvement of the draft regional regulation.
Next, in the plenary meeting with the agenda of delivering the Mayor of Malang's answer, the 69 materials will be explained. "This means that there will be some that are accepted as an improvement but there are things that need to be explored and discussed further. So that later the draft regional regulation is truly in accordance with the provisions above it," added the bespectacled man.
Secondly, explained the man who is also often called Bung Edi, this regulation in the future can be applied and can solve existing problems. For example, such as traffic jams to road repairs. "Thus, it will also support the comfort of the community," he added.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Malang City DPRD, I Made Riandiana Kartika, said that a number of materials presented by the six factions were in accordance with what was happening in society. He gave an example that at several points there was still a need for road repairs, so as not to trigger traffic jams or accidents.
"In addition, later in this draft regulation, various reinforcements are needed. For example, the function of sidewalks and pedestrian bridges. After this draft regulation is ratified, it must be strengthened by the mayoral regulation as a reference for implementation instructions and technical instructions for related agencies," he explained.
