Starfruit (malangkota.go.id) – Member of Commission IX of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) Krisdayanti looked very enthusiastic discussing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The legislator from the Electoral District (Dapil) of East Java V hopes that MSMEs in Malang Raya can continue to advance and develop.
This was recorded in the DPR RI Communication and Performance Socialization Forum with the Parliamentary Journalist Coordinator with the theme 'The Active Role of the Media and the DPR RI in Growing the Local Economy Through MSMEs and Malang Tourism' at the Grand Mercure Malang Mirama Hotel, Friday (9/6/2023).
Krisdayanti expressed her pleasure in being present in Malang City and being able to hold activities with media people who have worked together and collaborated a lot. The theme raised also received appreciation from Krisdayanti. According to her, the theme raised was very special, considering that tourism and MSMEs have a great impact on advancing the pulse of the economy in Malang Raya.
"We hope that by bringing media friends to Malang, we can really help explore Malang Raya with its various beauties and potentials, including tourism and MSMEs," explained Krisdayanti, Friday (9/6/2023).
By being reviewed by the media, according to him, it will certainly have a big impact on promotion, both tourism and UMKM in a region. As with his experience so far, where in carrying out his duties he always involves the media.
From the simplest, Krisdayanti said is by using social media to be able to capture all activities carried out. Because, in the East Java V Malang Raya Electoral District there are 600 points in 470 villages, this certainly will not be easy to reach if not supported by the media.
Krisdayanti did not forget to take this opportunity to express her gratitude for the success of the activity which was also attended by members of the Malang Regency DPRD Tantri Bararoh, Deputy for Sessions of the Indonesian House of Representatives Suprihatin, Head of the Parliamentary News Bureau of the Indonesian House of Representatives Secretariat General Indra Pahlevi, and Head of the Malang City Communication and Information Service Muhammad Nur Widianto.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Parliamentary Journalist Coordinator (KWP) Ariawan said that the activity in Malang was the first gathering of the Indonesian House of Representatives. "We hope that this activity will further facilitate informal discussions and strengthen the working relationship between the Indonesian House of Representatives and the media," explained Ariawan.
In principle, he said that through this gathering, a sense of family can be built, both among fellow journalists, journalists with the government, and journalists with members of parliament. Not only limited to coverage and publication, but also emotional relationships that can be built together. "Moreover, these years are important years, good communication is needed to build everything," Ariawan emphasized. (cah/yon)
