PAUD teachers are very enthusiastic about making educational games

Through this competition, it is hoped that it will increase the creativity of teachers which will later be transmitted to their students, such as making creative miniature houses, playgrounds, and others. On the other hand, with this competition, it will later produce a creative, innovative and competitive generation of the nation.

This was conveyed by the Head of the PAUD and Non-Formal Education (PNF) Development Division of the Malang City Education and Culture Office, Dra. Andayun Sri Afriana after the competition, Tuesday (13/6/2023).

"Why use recycling? Because this is one of the criteria in the technical instructions and currently we know that there is still a lot of waste that can be utilized. On the other hand, of course this greatly supports the government's program in recycling, namely recycling waste, especially plastic waste," he explained.

From this competition, Andayun appealed to teachers to continue to improve their creativity and innovation in the teaching and learning process. So that the program that is the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum runs optimally in its implementation.

The existence of this competition was welcomed positively by teachers, such as Deni Ade Suryani. According to him, if the teacher is creative, it will produce creative students too. The figure of the teacher is a reflection and will determine the development of students, such as through this educational game tool.

"If all the stimulation is okay, the children will be good children. They can be emotional, they can be smart, they can be cognitive and then their creativity can also be. So from this program, the future of the children will be bright with the power of the children's minds themselves," he explained. (say/yon)
