Klojen (malangkota.go.id) – Supporting the public service digitalization program which is a national issue, the Malang City Government through the Malang City Communication and Informatics Service (Diskominfo) provided assistance to ASN for the issuance of certificates and electronic signatures in the Malang City Hall Meeting Room, Tuesday (20/6/2023).

Head of Malang City Communication and Information Service, M. Nur Widianto, S.Sos said that through this activity, it is hoped that participants will be able to understand the benefits of using electronic certificates as a means towards e-government.
"Through this assistance, ASN will also be able to understand the governance of the use of electronic certificates and signatures, which can ultimately be applied in electronic official scripts. This is considered very much in line with current national issues, in addition to handling poverty, stunting, inflation and investment. One of the highlights is the digitalization of public services," he explained.
The man who is familiarly called Wiwid also revealed that in the future all ASN will also be required to have one official email account for activation. Single sign-on (SSO), Digital Signature (DS) and My SAPK.
"So ASN must have an official email @malangkota.go.id which is used as a username to access all existing applications. Also included is a must have Digital Signature (DS) electronic signature for all official purposes," he continued.
Furthermore, Wiwid also mentioned the use of the SRIKANDI (Integrated Dynamic Archiving Information System) application as a general application in the field of archiving launched by the government to support electronic-based archive management and governance. In addition, the Malang City Government also supports the implementation of electronic medical records which must be carried out by every health service facility. The digitization of medical records is a requirement in the disbursement of JKN Capitation funds at BPJS Kesehatan later.
Meanwhile, the Mayor of Malang, Drs. H. Sutiaji explained that the implementation of e-government sOne of the instruments is how government documents are digital, digital signatures, and all public services are digital. "The public's expectations are extraordinary, everything is digital, it is smart "everyone," he said when opening the activity.
The use of electronic certificates and electronic signatures in electronic official documents will be one of the indicators that determine the level of maturity of SPBE, which will ultimately improve public services.
